Methane Lakes discovered on The Largest moon of Saturn

Lakes of methane on Saturn largest moonSaturn's largest moon Titan, the scientists on the discovery that shocked when they learned of the methane-filled lake and several ponds.

Scientists have claimed that they filled with methane lakes on Saturn's largest moon, and indications of the presence of several ponds.


 University of Arizona astronomer and search team leader Katjhl Griffith said the search is completely unexpected, because the lakes are not stable in tropical latitudes. Titan on the earth like clouds, rain and lake, this lake is loaded with methane rather than water. NASA's Cassini Speskraft indicated the lake on Titan. The craft has been orbiting Saturn since 2004. The size of the lake on Titan America is almost equal to the Great Salt Lake in Utah.
